Lynda is a Professor of Management Practice at London Business School where she is the director of Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Companies – considered the world’s leading program on human resources. Over the last 20 years, Lynda has written extensively about the interface between people and organizations.

In 2016, Lynda Gratton and co-author, Professor Andrew Scott, published The 100-Year Life: Living and Working in an Age of Longevity, which, translated into many languages, continues to generate significant interest across the world.
